When you stay at a hotel you either love the room or dislike it. If you are not happy with the room, but they provide luxury towels or better yet robes that helps make your stay a bit better.
You can feel right at home and relaxed with the right bathrobe. Some of us have to travel for work and depending the type of trip our hotel is only thing that is relaxing. Then it is the little things like nice linens, room service and free movies makes the trip less tiresome! You can always ask for refresh towels if you want to take nice bath a night to unwind. Just do not take them home with you!
The hotel industry knows some guests tend to take towels home with them, they are prepared for this loss so they have tons of towels ready to be used at any moment. Go ahead and ask for a fresh robe each night of your stay if they are not provided to you with your turndown service.
