Spending hours in front of a laptop or computer screen while at work can be stressful in many ways. Here are some tips below to improve your productivity and relieve stress.
- Dry eyes are common after spending prolonged time viewing a screen. Use a wet hand towel to wipe your eyelids and this will have you feeling refreshed and ready to focus within a few minutes.
- Take breaks between tasks. Just a few minutes away from your desk to stretch and reset your thinking can do wonders. This will help prevent you from becoming too fatigued both mentally and physically.
One step at a time. Opting to take the stairs instead of the elevator to work is an easy way to become more active and less sedentary. You will also likely feel more alert when starting the day.
