Drying your wet hair can go surprisingly wrong. Check out these tips to avoid hair loss below.
Rubbing too aggressively can lead to excessive hair breakage and hair fall. Your hair is more elastic when wet and therefore more prone to breakage and split ends.
A gentle pat with a towel to remove moisture or air drying is the healthiest option. Blow drying is the worst since it uses excessive amounts of heat and can cause damage over time.
